Rowing your stand up paddleboard is a fun and easy way to get around. Especially, nice in the no wind months of May-November when the Punta Chame bay resembles a lake.

We rent stand up padlleboards and kayaks so you can explore the bay of Punta Chame.

There are two beach breaks in Punta Chame. One on the south side of the village and the other Chame Banks has become popular with local surfers due to its consistent waves and proximity to Panama City.

The waves of Chame banks are popular with surfers. We rent boards, organize trips and offer lessons.

If you like hiking there is an amazing view from Cerro Chame. After about 1.5h up to the hill your will hace a 360 degree view of Punta Chame bay and Coronado.

Cajones de Chame are canyons formed from the erosion of the rocks by the Chame River.
